It is a global issue that needs to be changed



Self harm is one of the worst coping methods out there. Even if it seems like the only way to get help, it's not, I promise. You are not helpless to the terrors of self harm. Cutting, bruising, pinching, picking, burning...there are better ways to clear your mind, or to feel something, or to force yourself to emotional numbness, or whatever the reason for it is. ​​
People everywhere self harm, and it needs to stop. If you have intentionally hurt yourself, know that you are not alone.
you can get through this. Find help, and start enjoying life again.​
